Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases made through Pre-Season Pro are final and non-refundable for change of mind.

All programs, resources, and training materials are delivered as digital downloads or online content, which means they cannot be returned once access has been provided. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the program or resource is suitable for your needs.

Consumer Guarantees

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is found to be faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases
